Roar Himalaya Adventure Pvt. Ltd is government licensed adventure company in Nepal. Please note That by booking a trip with us, you are agreeing to be bound by our Terms & Conditions. The following Terms & Conditions apply to your bookings. We request that you read them carefully before booking a trip.

Booking your Trip

To confirm your trip, we require a photocopy of your passport and 20% of the package cost as a non-refundable advanced payment. We require this so that we can reserve your flight, hotel, and permit before your arrival in Nepal.

Advanced payment

We accept the advanced payment via bank wire transfer, Western Union, Money Grams, and more. Please reach out to us if these do not work for you.

Final payment

The rest of the payment must be made upon your arrival and before departure for the trip.

NOTE: Package prices are based on twin sharing basis. Single room option is available for an additional fee.

Cancellation tour by the clients

If a client voluntarily or involuntarily terminates/cancels the trip once it has already started, no refund will be given for missed (remaining) or unused services of the trip regardless of the reason, i.e. sickness, death of family member, etc.

Cancellation of a tour by Roar Himalaya Adventure Pvt. Ltd.

Roar Himalaya Adventure pvt.Ltd. will not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances, like natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, political unrest, road blocks, flight cancellation or delay, sickness, etc. Any extra costs incurred due to such causes shall be paid for by the client on the spot.

If we are forced to cancel the trip under circuimstances beyond our control, like snow, landslide or other circumstances, we will do our utmost best to provide you with an alternative trip of a comparable nature and value to make up for it.

Delay of Flight Due to Bad Weather

Domestic flights can be delayed to and/or from the trailhead due to bad weather. In that case, the clients will be responsible to bear all additional expenses include accommodation and food while waiting for the next flight.

If the client wishes, he/she can make an alternative plan, for example arranging a helicopter flight to avoid flight delays. In this case, Roar Himalaya Adventure will assist you to arrange, but will not cover the cost of the alternative arrangement.

Missed International Flight

In the case of a missed international flight, Roar Himalaya Adventure will not accept any responsibility for cost incurred, but wil assist to make alternative arrangements wherever possible.

We highly recommended to schedule one or two extra days before and after the set itinerary, especially if the trip involves mountain flights.

Evacuation

Roar Himalaya Adventure is committed to do everything possible to make our client’s journey pleasant and safe. Our guides are selected based on their leadership ability under normal circumstance as well as emergencies. All our guides are certified in first aid, including experience in dealing with altitude related complications, management and medical evacuation (which your insurance plan should cover).

Travel Insurance

Our package costs do not include the client’s personal insurance. It is the client’s responsibility to acquire travel insurance, making sure that it covers international accidents including medical evacuations. The client him/herself must acknowledge the risks implicated in the trek/expedition/tour regarding harm. It is the client’s responsibility to insure their health and physical fitness is adequate for their trip.

We strongly advise the clients to make sure their insurance package medical expenses, include injured, illness, emergency evacuation by helicopter, and repatriation.
